Originally built in 1967, and fully renovated in 2024, this is a brick 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a mountain view sitting on a .40 acre lot located minutes from downtown Travelers Rest, SC. Kitchen features new cabinets, granite counter tops and large format tile back splash with under cabinet lighting. There are also new appliances including stainless smooth glass-top stove, dishwasher, and microwave for your use. In addition to that there are also a toaster oven, crock pot, coffee maker, and an assortment of other kitchen supplies. A dedicated workspace can be found in one of the bedrooms if you are not able to leave work behind. Both bathrooms have beautiful tile work. The main bathroom features a large walk-in shower while the ensuite bathroom features a soaker bathtub for relaxing. High speed WiFi, Roku enabled TV, and various board games will keep you entertained while you are not out exploring the surrounding areas.

Outside the home you have beautiful mountain views from the front porch and a private patio off the side of the home with a bench swing and outdoor dining set. You can cookout on the gas grill or enjoy a drink by the gas firepit if you so choose as well.
